My name is Bart Mosley. With over 25 years in the fixed-income markets, 20 of them in munis, I’ve seen the market from all sides. As a portfolio strategist, derivative specialist and trader I’ve worked with traditional institutional investors, retail brokers and financial advisers, hedge funds and issuers.
My experience ranges from having built a municipal bond proprietary trading desk for a major international bank to managing a portfolio analysis group. A recognized authority on municipal tender option bonds, I contributed the chapter on Municipal Arbitrage and Tender Option Bonds in The Handbook of Municipal Bonds (Frank J. Fabozzi Series), Feldstein & Fabozzi, Editors (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2008).
I recently founded BG Research LLC as a market research and advisory firm, with the motto “Thinking about bonds”--because that’s what I do.
